Are You Running Your Company or is it Running You?

Although we don’t often stop and take the time to think about it, life is actually the ultimate entrepreneurial experience.  We have income, expenses, taxes, and have to plan for growth and the future with what we have left over.  For someone earning a modest $40,000 per year in salary, that’s nearly $2 million in equity that gets put on the ledger and how much return it generates will have very real consequences to the business of your life.

David Crosetti over at Seeking Alpha uses this analogy to make a case for dividend growth stocks and I think that the 100+ comments he’s generated from site visitors shows he could be on to something.
